GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS – MRVP & Co

These General Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Delivery & Returns Policy, and any other terms available on www.mrvpandco.com (“the Website”), govern your use of the Website and your purchases from it.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and MRVP Studios Pty Ltd (ABN 85 632 414 932), the owner and operator of MRVP & Co.

By accessing the Website, registering an account, or purchasing products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Website Eligibility & Access

  • You must be over eighteen (18) years of age to use or purchase from the Website.
  • We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Website for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • The Website is operated in Australia. We do not guarantee compliance with laws outside Australia.
  • If accessing the Website internationally, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.

  • You are responsible for information you provide or enquiries you make through the Website.

4. Making an Order

  • All orders must be placed via the Website’s shopping cart.
  • An email acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance.
  • We may request additional information or identity verification before processing.
  • A binding contract is formed only when your payment is approved.
  • We may reject any order and will refund any payment made.
  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once accepted.
  • Separate orders cannot be combined; delivery fees apply per order.

5. VIP Member Accounts

  • You may order as a guest or as a VIP Member.
  • All personal information must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • VIP Members are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
  • Accounts are non-transferable and must not be accessed by third parties.

6. Product Availability

All orders are subject to availability.
If an item cannot be supplied within seven (7) business days, We will refund you for that item including delivery costs.

7. Product Recalls

In the event of a recall, you agree to assist Us as reasonably required to identify the issue or arrange a refund/replacement.

8. Price & Payment

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Delivery and handling fees are additional unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at their purchase price.
  • Full payment is required at checkout.
  • Payment is processed securely through third-party gateways; We do not store payment details.
  • While We take reasonable security precautions, We cannot guarantee absolute protection from unauthorised access.
  • Orders will not be dispatched until payment is cleared.
  • Available payment methods appear at checkout.

9. Errors & Inaccuracies

  • The Website may occasionally contain errors in pricing, descriptions or availability.
  • We may correct errors without notice and may reject orders placed based on incorrect information.
  • If an accepted order contains a pricing error, We will notify you and allow you to either:
    • proceed at the correct price, or
    • cancel for a full refund.
  • If no response is received within seven (7) business days, the order will be cancelled.

10. Discount Codes

  • Promotional codes may be offered from time to time.
  • Each code is subject to specific conditions provided at the time of issue.
  • Codes cannot be applied to previous orders.

11. Delivery

  • Delivery costs are detailed in Our Delivery & Returns Policy.
  • We are not responsible for delays or service issues caused by third-party couriers.

12. Risk & Liability

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once products are delivered to your nominated address.

13. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only in accordance with Our Delivery & Returns Policy.
  • Unused and unworn products may be returned within fourteen (14) business days for a refund or exchange (excluding delivery costs).
  • Used or worn items cannot be returned.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

14. Consumer Law Guarantees

These Terms do not exclude or modify your rights under Australian consumer law.

15. Disclaimer

  • The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”.
  • We make no warranties about uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or freedom from viruses or harmful components.
  • Product images aim to be accurate but may vary depending on device settings.
  • Where laws limit Our ability to disclaim warranties, We do so only to the extent permitted.

16. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Website or these Terms.
  • If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the product (including delivery).
