Refund policy

DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY – MRVP & Co

This Delivery and Returns Policy forms part of, and is governed by, the MRVP & Co General Terms and Conditions.

1. Returns & Refunds

A. We operate with a 100% Customer Satisfaction approach. If there is a fault with your product, you are unsatisfied, or you simply change your mind, you may return the item to us — no questions asked.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund (minus delivery costs) within fourteen (14) business days.

B. This policy applies only if the product is unused, unworn, and returned within fourteen (14) business days of receiving your order.

C. To make a return, email a copy of your receipt to mrvpandco [at] gmail.com along with the date you posted the return and any optional reason you wish to provide. Once we receive the returned item(s), your refund will be processed (minus delivery costs).

D. All refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

2. Delivery & Shipping

A. We do not guarantee the performance or delivery times of third-party freight and courier providers.

B. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered to your nominated delivery address.

C. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly and safely as possible while maintaining strict health and safety standards.

D. Delivery timeframes are guidelines only and begin once your shipping notification is issued, not from the time the order is placed.

E. All orders (Australia & International) receive a tracking number and tracking link.

F. During sale events or promotional periods, delivery times may be longer than usual.

    Orders under AUD $100: $10 flat rate
    Orders over AUD $100: Free
  • Australia – Express Post
    Orders under AUD $150: $15 flat rate
    Orders over AUD $150: Free
  • New Zealand
    Orders under AUD $150: $20 flat rate
    Orders over AUD $150: Free
  • All Other International Destinations
    Orders under AUD $170: $30 flat rate
    Orders over AUD $170: Free

  • NSW, QLD, ACT, SA, VIC: 3–7 business days
  • NT, WA, TAS: 5–10 business days

Australia – Express Post*

  • NSW, QLD, ACT, SA, VIC: 2–4 business days
  • NT, WA, TAS: 3–7 business days

International

  • New Zealand*: 5–10 business days
  • Other Destinations*: 5–15 business days

Important Notes

* Delivery times are estimates and may be longer than expected. We recommend monitoring your tracking link.
If your parcel has not arrived within seven (7) business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at mrvpandco [at] gmail.com.

** International orders may be delayed by customs processing.
Australian export regulations require us to declare the exact value of each order and mark it as dutiable merchandise.
Custom duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
